We are a PPO and fee-for-service practice (no HMO/DMO). If you’re out-of-network, we’re happy to file your claim so you receive any benefits available to you.
No insurance? Our in-house membership plan makes preventive care and treatment affordable with one simple annual fee — ask us for details.
